Yes, it was a very sad day for me and my little chick-chicks. But, the person who took them is a good friend. They have a large coop and pen that they share with a couple of Buff Orpingtons, Wyandottes (don't recall which type), and Cochins. They also get to free range the full back yard and garden (though they ate some of the veggies, lol!) during the day. I've had some of their eggs. Oh man are they delicious!!
