Since you're in the north and talking about eating grits I feel it is my civic duty to inform you that you can not eat grits with sugar, you must eat them with salt when combining eggs as missprissy describes.

Good eating too!

Ewwww, sugar on grits?! I think that breaks one of the Ten Commandments here in the South, LOL.
As far as the eggs go...I get nauseated if I eat more than a few bites of scrambled eggs, BUT, if I put them between two slices of bread and eat a scrambled egg sandwich, I'm ok. yes, I am weird like that too.

Oh boy, I was laughing at the thought of eggs making people feel yuckie but you guys like grits???? Ugh, that's one of the few foods I can't even look at.

Hi , I love the taste of our eggs...so much better than store bought. Yet, I too have been having to talk myself into the whole thing since my hens started laying(we are only 8 months into this).
But I do have a question....will the little spots(blood?) always be there?????? That's kind of gross

thanks, Juice

my older son used to eat eggs all the time till one weekend he was at his dads and he thinks at least one of the eggs he made for breakfast was bad. He didnt eat eggs for years after that. Now he will eat them if they are scrambled with other things like potatoes and ham but still wont eat dippy eggs. I had a hard time with MY chickens eggs but after a couple weeks I got over it, it was the "I know whos but this came out of" thing.
