So, how do you like your first eggs?

Did you fry em? Scramble them? Put them in a recipe? I waited awhile, then decided my first fresh eggs were going to be boiled, boy they were good. Not rubbery like store ones! How did you all decide to cook them ??

Lucky you, I haven't even gotten my first eggs yet - I probably have to wait another 4 weeks or so.

Its funny that you would post a thread about fresh eggs. Just a few weeks ago, DH and I went out for breakfast. We have been eating fresh eggs for just over a year now. I have not bought store eggs in over a year. So, off we go, to get breakfast...and I ordered 2 fried eggs..buscuits and gravy. WOW!! Was I shocked to get those eggs. The yolks were SUNNY YELLOW, and BLAH!! I could not even eat them. DH was the same way. He said...not like OUR eggs hu? LOL I will NEVER eat another store bought egg. Ours are WAY yummier!
