Depending on what breed you have--such as californians or new zealands--about 8-10 lbs. But make sure the weight is not fat. Fat rabbits don't breed well.
I have meat rabbits. I have three does and one buck. They taste great and provide tons of poop that doesn't need to be composted. I like them better than chickens cause they are way easier to clean and just seem like less work. They also don't stink near as bad.
