Hi everyone! Long time creeper, first time poster. I bought my house today, after a long 4 month wait! Yay!!
Buying the house means I can finally be out of the city and get some chickens! My property is .98 acres, has a tiny house, big garage, and two sheds. One shed is more of a lean-to, so I plan on using that for goats eventually. The other shed will be my coop. Other than my planned goats and chickens, I have a beagle dachshund mix, three cats, and a car loving husband that REALLY needed the garage that's bigger than my house.
I plan on getting two Nubian goat does, 10 hens of various breeds, and 10 Barred Rock roosters, which I'll cull down to one when they get bigger.
Once I get moved in to my house, I'll add some pictures of the half acre where the chickens and goats will live.
