so I had a chick with eye problems and foot problem.

She had a bunch of white gunk in her one eye, I cleaned it out and massaged around her eyelid a bit the other eye she managed to close. And her foot is not better but I resplinted it today as she had gotten her toes curled up under the bandaid. She is up and moving around the incubator quite well though.
 
I have no suggestions or experience with your chick's condition. I marvel at your loving tenderness, it inspires me.
