Depends on how much you touched. Did you pick them up and candle them every single day? That could do it.
Did you candle them all or just those two? By this time you should see veins in them and they should look rather dark with the air cell showing up bright on the fat end. If you can get to the nest with her off it you should be able to candle them where they lay without moving them much. If some look bright and clear like the two you posted but others look dark and full, just pull the clear ones out. If they all look like the ones you posted, they're all dead or weren't fertilized in the first place.
