All of these are brilliant ideas!!! I love the idea of jars of coins. I might just have to go bury some...

The town we live in used to be famous for glass making, so whenever we go out and dig in the garden or yard we are always finding glass fragments. A couple years back we found one that is a very light greenish clear color and is about the size of a softball. My brother says it's his but I keep trying to talk him out of it so I can use it as a paperweight on my desk

Somewhere around here we have a Pokeman card that was worth a whole, huge amount of $$ once upon a time--who knows, maybe again in the future? (No I didn't purchase it for ds; someone else had that brain fade moment.)
