So I run a house cleaning company

I am in the same business you are,I own a cleaning service. You should NOT have to empty her catheter, get her Pepsi's or ice or anything personal. You are there to clean the house and nothing else. The nerve of that woman to nitpick and bully you like that!Run,don't walk away from her as fast as you can.She is a hater and will always find something wrong,no matter what you do.Save your peace of mind and walk away. Wishing you the best

Life is too short for that kind of aggravation!

I would probably tell her your schedule is too tight for all the extra time she is requiring. Ask her if she would like to book in more time (for more$$) and if not tell her what you can do in the X amount of time she is paying for.

I would NEVER touch anything medical on her, too many people like to sue.

But if she asked for ice or a soda, I would hand it to her and say....now where was I loud enough she gets that she is the one that is interrupting your cleaning

Liability!!! IF she were become ill from some of the "help" you are giving and the fact that you are the business owner-------Oh My!! You might want to check out the liability issues. You could lose your shirt. Get things in writing and talk to an attorney about your business. You sure don't want to lose your home because of a lawsuit.

Dump her. What she needs is a worker from a visting nurse agency. They will care for her medical needs and household cleaning. She can torture them. It is not worth the headaches. Get some brochures from local homecare agencies, and then let her know you will clean one last time. It will be an uncomfortable situation, but you will be so relieved once you walk out of that home. Just don't go back if her dh comes knockin' for help.

"Sorry I can't." and close the door!
