so im assuming my duck is going thru duck puberty

hes a house duck of course, hes gotten a new attitude which i can deal with, but its just rediculous sometimes.
he used to run from my neighbors pomeranian (hes a male muscovy so hes quite big) but the other night he attacked it, and he becomes increasingly aggressive with anything that is not human. I am afraid to let him around small animals because the ones he is around he kills....
(my dog is fine, shes too big)

He is just having all these new behaviors, none towards me, he wouldnt dare. but he does do that thing where he vibrates his neck and will put his head in my shirt or in the crook of my neck i guess 'cuddling' with me.

I'm just wondering if theres anything i should be looking out for other than that?
hes 4 months.

I would try to keep him fenced in a pen so that he can't get out of your property to the neighbor's anything. You can get a bird net to put over top of the caged in pen so he can't escape his pen or your property line. He could also get hit by a car. So that's what I would worry about is keeping him inside your property.

Well he had angel wing so one of his wings is messed up, he can get off of the ground but i doubt that high. and he hangs around my back door. his night cage is covered and 81 cu ft. so its not big but not small.
