im giving my black australorp away and getting an ameracuana rooster tomorrow. will he give me better colors in crosses? i know the black australorp would make black chicks. im looking to do

ameracuana roo x silver laced wyandotte

ameracuana roo x rhode island red

ameracuana roo x holland barred rock

ameracuana roo x leghorn x silver spangled cross

do you think these will be interesting crosses? i know the black gene in my australorp roo wasnt what i wanted when doing these crosses

I don't know about the feather colors, but you may get some hens that lay olive colored eggs!

that sounds good to me! anyone know about what the feather colors will do? the rooster i will be getting is white, black, gold, and brown.
