So, is she a Silkie, Polish, or Houdan mix?

I know I have just posted a "What Breed?" about my new girls, but now I am questioning the breed of my first hen. I know she is an Ameraucana/EE mix... I'm just not sure what breed the other percentage is. I always figured she was an EE X Silkie, but then reading another BYC member's post about a possible Houdan mix, got me curious.

Is she an EE X Silkie, EE X Polish, or EE X Houdan?

NOTE:
- she has a beard
- she has puffy cheeks
- has puffiness on her head
- smooth-pea comb, no wattle
- 4 toes (3 front, 1 behind)
- slight feathering on feet/legs
- she's small, but not teeny-tiny

Thanks in advanced!

SHe is really striking looking, with the green legs and the white with her colored feathers looking almost light green in the photo.

Pretty girl.

I would imagine it would depend on the quality of the Silkie.... because it is a disqualification to have anything other than black skin, so I imagine that it does happen, just like popping out with less than 5 toes

But, I could be wrong.

Also, to note, I am not sure how this works in all breeds, but it is possible???? that one parent passes the skin color down to half of the chicks? I saw a post about a sex-link cross and they mentioned not being able to sex by skin color because both breeds mentioned had yellow skin.... so....???????
