Hi there

Im new to chickens but have only used sand in my coop and run and Im sooooo glad I have. I go in there daily with a kitty litter scoop on a stick. and clean up takes all of one minuit. I also use D.E in and around the coop and run, and in the chickens food too and it seems to work wonders on the flys, I dont have any...

Hope you find something that works for you, if not, maybe consider sand.

Chek what I bought for under $5.00..works awesome..I must have a few hundred flies in there now..I'm about to dump this one and get a new one. best of all I have very few flies in the coop now. (I do have sand in the run and coop with DE mixed in)
