So...many......grapes

I have grapes also and make grape juice every year with a steamer juicer that I bought at Bi- Mart. They also carry them at Wilco Farm supply stores and Coastal Farms stores. It was so worth it. I use it to make syrups, juices and jellys. It takes all of the work out of it. I don't ever have to peel anything or even can it. It does it all for me!!!! The juice is amazing! My kids always ask for more, and not to mention that it saves money and is so healthy for them! Good luck with your abundance of fruit!

I just finished my grape juice. I fill a quart jar 3/4 with rinsed grapes, fill with boiling water and hot water bath it for 25 minutes. When I go to serve I pour it through a strainer into a pitcher, dump the grapes and add 1 quart of water. It's a breeze! and it doesn't matter if it has seeds or not. For the kids, I mix my wine grapes and my table grapes for a sweeter taste.
