So my husband and I went to see his parents in Ohio during his pre-deployment block leave. While we were there we found a property for sale that was 12 acres, no house (best for us since we won't be returning for another few years), great HUGE barn, creek, pond, pastureland, and adjoining an awesome park system with many riding trails. The best part....there are 5 various little sheds that match that barn that could easily convert to AWESOME chicken coops. So what did we do? Yea we bought it. [IMG] Never thought anything could make me move up north....until I fell in love with an Amish built barn and sheds for the chickens. Should important life decisions be based off of chickens? Whatever works. Important changes usually come for more than one reason. If everything else is fine, yeah for the chickens. Bok.

That sound great. I am looking for places for DH and I and the animals to buy. I am going to be looking for something that will have a place for the chicken already or I will not be able to have my chickens go with us.

Love it!! Something I'd do. . . just not something DH would do. You're going to have a hard time thinking about anything BUT your new place!! Congratulations!!
