I spoke with the person I'm purchasing the chicks from and the chicks aren't going to be a day old he timed the hatching wrong so I'm getting four 2 week old Ameraucana chicks. I'MSOHAPPY THESE ARE THE CHICKS I'VE ALWAYS WANTED.

I'm in KY. I only use a heat lamp because I have 7 chickens, even then only when it drops below freezing.

I'm not the best photographer this is one of the Easter Egger Chicks I got today they are two weeks old.

They are very skittish,I know chickens sometimes can be fearful but it's sad to me they are do scared of me. The other chicks aren't that scared of me they are scared of children most likely because they are so loud.
