Pheasant and quail as well. I've had pheasant roasted with an orange glaze - quite tasty. Quail and squab are on my want-to-try list. I hear goat is good eatin also, and would love to try that (and yes, goats are cute as buttons, especially the kids).

I've always wanted to try some pheasant too, I'll have to pay the markets a visit some time, and see what they have there.
Goats are pretty cute. I've only ever tried their milk before though.
