I just though it would be a fun spin on the post to count threads. I want to know about how many eggs people get a week

Just like a similar thread you set it up like a math problem

I'll start 0+0=0

Right now, 85-95 eggs per week. I have about 37 who have laid at least one egg, but they range from 25 weeks old to 3 years old and most are in some state of molt.

I got 16 today, which means over half of them aren't producing at the moment.

EDITED TO ADD: I have 11 dozen eggs in the fridge right now.

Maybe 15 a week, on a good week.

3/4 of them are from the bantams, think only 2 of my standard hens are laying still.

I too should be getting way more than that with 40 hens all laying age now.

on average 31 chicken eggs a week and 21 duck eggs a week for a grand total of 52 eggs a week! EEKK!!! I hadn't figured that out.

I did give away 4 dozen ducks eggs and sold 2 dozen chicken eggs this week.
I got 4 bales of hay for 2 dozen ducks eggs and $4
