I just got a message from the folks that gave me the eggs, they suggest Ancona/Golden 300 based on spotted bill and feet

I don’t know that those are the only possibilities, I think she was just trying to bring me runnerish eggs because she knew I liked them.
I sent a message and she suggested maybe ancona.

It almost looks like how my little black swedish duck did as a baby. My anconas very pretty speckled and yellow from the get go. If that's a possible parent, it might be that.
