Luna have you tried one of the exercise balls? I use one at my computer and it helps my back and I can do slow stretches while I am just sitting here.

Dang vert, I just came on and saw your post.....now you're gone! Timing is everything. I got a shot today and tomorrow I go for blood work to see if I'm good to go on the 12th. I feel really well, except for minor allergies with that green powder floating all over everything in yard and all over the inside of the house. I need to pick up one of those giant balls. I tried one once, and I can see where it would help. Off to shop around.

Lol...I didn't go far. I found the ball that I have at TJ Maxx, I never would have thought to look there. Olympia Sport also had them at one time. They come in sizes for your body height and have that written on the boxes. Just be careful at first, I have been known to reach around quick for something and fall off. Rather embarrassing seeing I also ride horses regularly.

I'll definitely look around for one this week. Sounds like something I would use. How's the weather up there? Any shaking going on?

Weather has been unbelieveable. Real early spring and things are way ahead of schedule....including the blackflies. In the 80's today and hot and humid. No more shaking, it was entertaining though, the pipes in the front of the horses stalls were making a weird bussing sound.

I am so glad that you are feeling well, you go!
