I found her!! I got up at 6:30 and went right out and she somehow blew or flew over the 6 foot fence into an area I have for composting which is also surrounded by 6 ft fence too. I can't imagine how she got over there. Anyway I opened the gate and peeked in and called her, she was walking all over the compost heap, a little damp but good.

She followed me out and went right into the run to see her buddies and had her breakfast. *whew* I had looked in there last night but didn't see her, she must have hidden real well, good bird!

How I feel today: Just a little weakness so far. I can't get up too fast, so I'll have to remember to take it easy, so I don't do something stupid. I know you're not supposed to have caffeine, and I normally don't have too much. But I was really craving it today, so I had one cup. But this is how I have my coffee: I pour an inch or two of coffee in my cup, add one splenda and 1/4 tsp of hot cocoa mix and the rest is hot water, then I nuke the coffee for 35 seconds and add a little light cream. SO, I don't think that's too much caffeine. Now I'm having my vitamin water.

I am curious as to how it will progress today. I'll be home today, so I'll update as it goes. You know how you feel when you are coming down with something? Like a little tired and weak, but not bad, just enough to let you know something's up.

Luna, glad the bird was safe and gladder still that so far the treatment isn't beating you up to much. You remain in my thoughts and prayers.

Thinking of you today Luna! I am so glad you found your bird. You must live in a more suburban area than I do - for us if I can't find a bird by nightfall that is it for the bird. I have only ever had one survive a night outdoors. Too many foxes round here.
