Grumble! My internet decided to cut out on me after I typed out my post!!

Ok here we go

1. Liver Enzyme

the levels have dropped 50% from what they were on the last test. My Onc is 99% certain that the Abraxane caused it. He said when they do the test again in 3 weeks, he expects it to be back to my normal levels! We won't be using the Abraxane any more. He's not decided if he wants to use another Taxol type chemo right now or wait and see.

2. Tumor Marker Test Normal level is 0.0-38.6 Mine 34.2 Basicly it means that there aren't any areas of cancer floating around that we don't know about

I will still have to stay on the Herceptin indefinately, if not then the freaky gene would run amouck and cancer would be popping up all over. Oh well, guess, I can give up one day every 21 to take a nap for seveal hours, lol.

It's getting late but wanted to pop in and give ya'll an update

Thanks ya'll! Poor Lurchie bust out in tears. He has been so afraid that it had spread. Now we can get on with our lives, pause for a day or 2 every 3 weeks, but keeping doing what WE want not what the cancer dictates for us.

Starting New Years Day, I'm getting back on track with Weight Watchers. I have to go to meetings because I need to be held responcible for my eatting behavior. Not on the plan I cheat BAD! For OUR birthday I'm getting my husband and I the Wii Fit board. He needs to get in shape too. My friend lost 104lbs and my sister lost 80lbs on WW, I know it works, I've lost the weight before. Anybody with me??!


No snow here yesterday, a bit of sleet made things dicy in the am, but today it was nearly 60!!!!

Okay. I am with you. I just went through last year's pictures...

that can't be my bottom!

We already have the wii fit and the wii resort. My son loves them. I just have to make time each day to use them.
but be prepared. That mean, nasty, stupid, rotten avatar's clothes won't fit. Your belly will show. I hate that. The only way to make them fit is if you put your height down for 8' or something.

So, can we start January 2011? I am not sure I can pass on the year end yummys. It isn't like we do it all year...

(Oh, and if you all like star wars or Indiana Jones, Lego makes a game for wii that is the most fun. It is hilarious.)
