Tell me the story of Dave, I must have missed that somewhere.
I ask for continued prayers for Ashley who has cervical cancer. She is heading for surgery next week.
I find I focus my requests focusing on the living and my thoughts are with the ones who have lost someone. Sara I am SOOOO Happy to see you HERE and posting. Please keep us updated.
PS - I started to go off focus there for a minute...
I'm back doing stories for the paper again. I have two stories I want going on right now. One day I was leaving the hospital, that was after a day after getting my ta ta done. Well My oldman the Snakeman was driving and he missed the turn I usually take but he is driving so its his show. There are several ways to go but any way we decided to stop at a convenience store we had never been to before and get drinks and chips, I got myself crackers for me. When I was going in the store a man came from behind the store. Now alot of you know I got attacked in a grocery store parking lot and he hurt me. I'm disabled now. When I saw this man coming toward me I didn't feel scared or have anxiety like I usually do. On the way out the man asked if I had any change and I gave him the .52 I had in my pocket, he said he was really hungry so I gave him my crackers.
While he was ingulfing the crackers I asked his name. He said Dave, I asked if he was homeless and he said yes but after growing up in Atlanta I could tell he wasn't a drunk or junkie and had not been homeless very long. I asked If he had a warm winter coat and he said no and I told him I would bring him one but he had moved by the time I had made it back. I have several adult missing ads in the papers so maybe I can find him. My story with Dave would be no matter how hard you think things are in your life there is someone in worse shape.
Off topic big time, sorry Gin
Today I had a dentest appointment and Snakeman was going to drive me. It sprinkled all day. Anyway this dentest is hard to find. Anyway we were sitting at a red light with a no turn right, one way and I looked to my right and there was a man going through a city trash can on the streets eating stuff he could find. Well already being late for the appointment we circled many streets looking for the man to give him money to eat. We didn't find him. I will have that vision in my brain. Something has crossed over on me since the cancer and chemo and it seems to be the good. O.K. back to focus, luv you guys.
Special hollar for Deerman
