So this pond you finished yesterday?

Muscovy don't do ponds usually. I have one and she doesn't even bother with it. She would rather walk on the grass than get wet.

Oh geez.. I have one that is a MAJOR frog hunter..she trolls the edges of my pond on a mission for so long it’s crazy..and when she gets a frog..look out! So, who knows..plus, my other ones get in and then love to groom next to it for hours..so, still making use of it..here’s a picture of some frogers

My muscovies almost never ever get in the water and when they do they take a quick splash and get out.

Mine won't even splash, she dislikes water unless it's drinking water.

Mine will take a 5 minute dip, get out and preen. Also looks for craw fish and frogs

Today the spring thawed and my ducks got the pool for the first time since first of the week. First ones in were 2 of my Muscovy females boy did they enjoy their bath!

I went in the barn at 6:30 this morning..earlier than usual because we’re going to get the 7 new Muscovy..anyways.. I was in the barn working until 8 ...barn totally open....those ducks did not budge..thay were not leaving their warm barn to go out in that cold...lol..too funny
