So we've another stray or dumped dog...that's 2 within 3 months

I think it is just wonderful that you have given this little dog a lovely home but I hope you don't mind me mentioning one thing, you may understand what I mean or you may disagree as you own the dog.... I would personally never let a dog chase a light beam, the dog will then most likely start chasing any natural reflections etc, it is not a substitute for exercise, it just works the dog into an uncontrolable frenzy and then you will not be able to stop the behaviour, I have seen dogs doing this and the owner is at a loss as to what to do.... I hope you don't take offence. Otherwise it sounds as if you are doing a fantastic job and I applaud you X

Thank you.

I think she'll be alright.

Photo update! She's doing really good and has gained a lot of weight, as shows in this pic (wish I'd had a before pic!)...no bones to be seen! When we took her in you could clearly see every rib and backbone. She's such a cuddler-sweetie, and loves to play with anybody that's willing. After a couple of weeks of intense, mostly tethered-to-me house training, she's fully house trained off lead. She's such a lovable, cuddly, good girl. She smiles like Elvis (with that cute one-sided smile) so she's probably gonna have a middle name added, lol.
