All this ham talk has got me drooling! Haven't had a pork product in the house since our son was diagnosed with a pork allergy!! Man I miss the ham. We will be having BBQ'd chicken for Christmas!

We did the turkey and ham for Thanksgiving so for Christmas
here in Louisiana we will be doing Seafood Gumbo.
At the in-laws in Mississippi we will probably be doing
turkey and ham.

We are doing chicken enchiladas. We had two tomatillo plants this year in the garden so we canned about 7 quarts and used them to make the sauce. Spanish Rice, homemade re-fried beans (1st time to try the recipe which are made in the crock pot they smell so good) Cesar salad, chips, homemade salsa, guacamole and everything else that goes with a Mexican style dinner. Creme Brulee for dessert. Of course you have to have Margaritis!!

I might make tamales for Christmas Eve. I keep thinking about it and then "Man that's a lotta work." We will see. I go through this every year and I end up making them.

Christmas will either be prime rib or ham. Hubby's choice.

BIL is making the sweet potato casserole

My sister is making something, but I forget what.

We are streamlining this year and trying to make fewer things. These are the things that everyone loves best, so they won.
