So, we took the last 3 of our extra roosters off the feed bill today. When I was cleaning them, I noticed that they had small, light tan-clearish, bugs on them. Anyone have any ideas on what my chickens might have and how to get rid of them?

Sounds a bit like mites or lice, you should be able to get some powder from your local pet suppliers

Those are lice that you described. I recommend that you purchase sevin dust and dust all your birds with it. Repeat dusting them in 7-10 days. Do the same thing inside your coop including nests and roosts.

So, I have the sevins dust... Do I just sprinkle it on the chickens and then treat the coop and run?

I'm not sure one what the dust says but the dust I use goes both on the birds and their coop.

This you don't have to worry about them ingesting. As with any dust, it's just not something you want to breath.
