Snout and ears are too short for a coyote. It's a hybrid look up Eastern Coywolf. They range from Nova Scotia to NY City and are making it into the South as well.As far west as GA at least. A bit less weary of people than a coyote and they get a bit bigger.
Can't tell, no size reference. If you can see the bottom of the tail in your picks (cut off in the posted picks). Coyotes tails while bushy end just below the hocks, fox tails are longer.
Looks like a fox to me, i see dark markings high up on the leg of the first photo also the tail is touching the ground in the second photos , don't know about coyotes in your area but the ones were have here do not have tails that long their tails come just past the hock.
