What happens when you have to go out of town for a couple days?
Or youre going to be gone and wont be able to do 1 of the 3 turns?

That's where electric turners come in very handy and are worth the cost for only that reason! I believe that I read that the first 3 days and the last 3 days prior to stop turning are the most important, so it might not be as bad as it seems if you are between them and only for a short duration. Not 100% sure though, anyone else?

If you arent suppose the turn the first 3 days that would be PERFECT!
Im suppose to go camping friday and saturday the first week in may

The first 3 days and the last 3 days are "most" important..., sorry if I made it unclear. I'd just wait until you got back to start then, if you were going to start them just prior to going. Just keep eggs in a cool temp(store at maybe 55-60 degrees) until you get back if that's possible, unless they will be sitting too much over a weeks time after being laid.

I might have to stay behind on camping then

Or have everyone come out here

The last 3 days they are to be taken OFF the turner...no turns on the LAST 3 days---according to my directions.

What day are they on?

I havent even collected eggs yet. Im expecting some this week through next week..
Im learning how the incubator works right now

omg! dont skip a camp just to stay home and turn eggs...if you have to set them before you leave,,get a turner,or dont turn them and see how it goes..but go camping..

I cant spnd the extra $40 for a turner. My boyfriend doesnt understand my infatuation with "all theses birds"
