I think its called dimaticus earth What is it, and what does it do, I know its healthier right, help please.

It's used in litter and feed to help with internal and external parasites and to help keep the litter dryer.

Oh yeah...and make sure it's food grade. Do a search on BYC for it....there are lots of threads about it's benefits.

so for internal do you put it in the food, and like to dust with, what you lay it out.....and where do you get it. I will go searching too, I'm just lazy

Some feed stores carry it. It can be a little hard to find in some areas. You might have to call around in your area until you find it. Some feed stores will special order it for you. Yes, some people add it to the chicken feed. A lot of people put it in the shavings or whatever litter method you are using. You can also add it to their dust bathing area.
