What is interesting is that the ruling said Congress can impose a "tax" which defines the mandate as a tax but it cannot withhold funding from states that choose not to participate.

We now have a new tax.

Ed, your abilities to predict the legal outcome of a case has proven to be pretty weak. I would suppose that your ability to predict the outcome of an election is just as flawed. And by the way, I will be in your part of the country next week as I am going to be on the Rogue river for some days. See if you can do something about having it be nice weather. At least in that regard you have a 50 - 50 chance.
