I honestly dont see why people bother.. I wake up 2 hours before I have to go anywhere so I can kick back and spend time with the chickens.. I dont intend to waste time putting on makeup that I will accidentally smear across my face when I scratch my eye.

Too much effort in the morning... I'd rather sleep in...

Makeup? Not a big fan. If I wear makeup, it's usually because I am going to be uncomfortable in my surroundings. It's like a mask that I hide behind. Every once in a while, I'll put on a bit of makeup when my hubby and I are going out, but then it's just a little blush and mascara. Here I am on a typical day with no makeup...

It takes me about 10 minutes to apply powder foundation, eye shadow, eyeliner and mascara!! Sometimes bronzer too. I always have and I always will

I don't wear makeup, but admire the people who put the time into it...I am not the most patient of people

Even at 53, I don't go into town without a smudge of eyeliner, a dusting of shadow & mascara - for special occasions, (ie Church, weddings, etc.) add foundation & blush & maybe even lipstick.
At home, forgetaboutit!

My morning routine takes about 5 minutes, from straightening bangs, to slappin on the mineral foundation and blush, eyeliner and mascara. If it took any longer there is no way I would bother. I am pushing 50 so it is necessary so I don't scare small children.

I have such sensitive skin, I can't wear makeup. Even the hypoallergenic stuff affects me. I wish I could wear it, my ugly face needs all the help it can get. I'll spare all your eyes and NOT post a pic.
I do think if I could wear makeup, I probably wouldn't wear it much anyway. No wait, as I get older, I probably would. Some spackle to fill in the wrinkles LOL
