Perfect combination of the garlic lemon and rosemary with the leg -o- lamb! For me that is thr holy trinity with lamb! Looks perfect Maidservant! I am totally envious of those who get to partake of your masterpeice! Now for some br5aised Parsnips on the side and super Yumm-O!

WOW, wanna freeze one and mail it to me?! I'll pay ya for it! LOL

I'm trying to track down some lamb for Easter dinner....
I've not had great luck locally.
I am so drooling in my mouth right now!

I love Bargain Meat. I scored at our local Food Lion last weekend. I got about $100 worth of beef, pork etc for about $20!

The lamb looks good, although I could never bring myself to eat it.

We have had a great year for ram lambs. Out of 11 lambs we have 2 girls. Can you guess what we will fill the freezer with for fall and winter? Homegrown lamb is nothing like the lamb I have purchased commercially produced. If you think lamb is young and tender and mildly flavored you won't believe your taste buds when you have homegrown. Tender and mild is beyond what you can imagine. We will be having leg of lamb for easter. The last of my fall lamb we processed last November.

yummy, yummy
that was worth staying up to 4 am,
and I have never had lamb
but there is always that first time.
which I know will be soon.
