I did contemplate getting ducks this year. Or rather, hatching ducklings under a broody hen. However, I after doing some research, made the decision not to.

I'm glad I decided to wait until such time that I can keep ducks more responsibly. I waited and researched for 2 years before getting my small flock of hens. I figured as much care should go into adding another species, ya know? Great post, though!
