So 15 minutes equals how far? Where I live that means about 15-20 miles. If you haven't let your folks know you missed it you probably should.....if you were my kid I'd find a way to get you to school.

dad knows im home, he tried getting me a ride, but the farmer was hauling fetilizer, so he said just stay home, and yeah about 15 miles to school

When I was a kid If I missed the bus I became the "House Gnome". I'd get a TON of chores to do and Pop would call randomly to make sure I was there doing them and not out fishing or goofing off.

yep if I weren't a SAHM and my kids missed the bus it would be CHORES ... dust, sweep, vacum, dishes, laundry, maybe even have supper ready when the parents get home!!

But since I'm the "bus" driver they never get to miss the bus!!
