Soaked rice in vitamin

Is soaking rice in vitamin and water good way to feed chicks ? Bcuz they eat nothing but rice and cooked fish they hate feed and other grains

I did wet them they still hate it they loved wet feed mash until they were 3 weeks old after that they don’t even look at it I don’t want them to starve that’s y I’m forced to give them rice grains

Would fermenting their food help? It does with my chickens, I just add the layer feed into a jar add water the leave in a warm dark place, leaving the lid slightly lose. When I feed them I add more layer feed and top up with filter water stir it in and it turns out lovely for them . Best ask advice on the that are more experienced here first. . I read this in an old thread here, it was advising mot to use tap water due to the chemicals
