Ugh, then there's no digging of a small trench to divert this either! At least if you go the poop board route the droppings will dry out and can easily be removed and the smell will be less. I have drainage issues to tend to this summer as well once the snow stops and the ground thaws so I don't have repeat problems next spring. It's not always an easy fix. Good luck.

Mine works in excavation, so all he does is dig ditches, but he just handed me a bunch of tools and left me to it

I was going to suggest drilling a hole thru the concrete in the lowest spot, and using the PDZ and poop board too.
PDZ is great stuff!

Should be fixable from outside....either gutter on roof or trench on ground.
Poop boards are the bomb!
Not sure how big your coop is, but a straight rather than diagonal roost might be a good idea.
