ok everyone, I have a little problem. The apple jack peel soap I made for the swap is not up to par. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but even with an 8 week cure this soap is very soft and the lather is horrible. To me it's trash, so what I'm going to do is let everyone pick what ever soap they want from what I have in stock. I have a festival this Saturday, but if you let me know by tonight I'll make sure to set it aside for you. I will make sure that the packaging matches the theme atleast. I hope this is ok with everyone. Here is what I have in stock, though the earth child and cedar fields will need 2 more weeks to cure.

Lavender and Oatmeal with Goat's milk
Anise- smells like black licorice

Morgaine...is that the one you made with Apple Cider?? I'll still take a bar...I'm curious how yours is different from mine...and why mine lathers so great. What was your recipe....

NO soap is TRASH....perception is always different...remember the cook never likes the way it tastes.

Brandy, I'll send you a little bit to try, but something is wrong with this soap. This was the first time I used my new mold and I am wondering if I left an oil out, judging from the very poor lather, maybe the coconut or palm. I've used it to wash my hands and it doesn't burn or anything and no zap. But my gut says that this is not usable the way it is.

I'm going to send that batch (all 44 bars

) to this place, along with a bunch of end peices I have around.
