That sounds like you have a good supply you will be better able to guage your sales after the first market. If you are concerned about cure time and selling soft soaps, consider experimenting with water discounting. That can be tricky with adding EOs and FOs as these can accelerate trace. That basic white bar I posted on the recipe swap I usually soap at 25% rather than the standard 35% or so. It makes a hard bar by the next day.

My neighbor sells soaps at the FM in downtown Houston every Saturday. She soaps all week and sells out on Saturday. We both felt her soaps were too soft to really last long. She started discounting her water as well as decreasing her liquid oils and increasing her solid oils and butters which gave her a much better product in short order and she was able to keep up with demand. She also sells body butter and lotion in matching fragrances as the soaps and sells a lot of these matched fragrance sets.

PRETTY chiknwhisperer! And, the colors are perfect for the scent.

I would think that 81 bars is probably fine for the FM, depending on the foot traffic. Take business cards if you have them OR if you don't, perhaps it'd be a good idea to have a sheet for a mailing list so that you can let people know about upcoming scents or future specials/sales.
