As far as I know he hasn't eating anything unusual. He also hasn't gotten into anything but the posin ivy but he didn't get that. No new meds. It started on his chest and stomach and then within a couple hours had went everywhere. No one else has gotten it though. I just don't have a clue.

That is odd. Did you take him in to the doc? Any fever or anything?

You know what Chickn sounds just like scarlet fever to me. My dd just had it. Tiny little bumps all over the trunk, in the armpits, creases of skin, on the face but not around the mouth. If you run your hand over the rash it has kind of a rough sandpapery feel.

On a happier note I got my soap from BB today! It smells like heaven and it's soooooo creamy and smooth. Gonna put it in my shirt drawer, though it smells good enough to eat! Thanks BB!!!!!

Glad you like it. Ha ha! You beat me to it! I haven't even tried it yet since it's not really ready for a couple of weeks. It's a new recipe I tried out so I'm curious to see how it does. I was aiming for more creaminess, took the bubbles down just a tad, and fiddled with some of the fatty acids.

I just can't leave a recipe alone!

ChicknWhisperer: that tent looks good! I agree, take your son - I'm taking my 12 yr old to help out, though the tent and table are set up for me I just have to show up.

We've upped the date of our first FM to June 6. Though I won't be there on June 13 (dh company picnic), I'll just put a sign up that I'll be back on the 20th.

TMC: I've made fizzies, they take some practice but they were easy and fun to try. I haven't done salt scrubs but I have done sugar scrubs and they are SUPER easy and make a pretty good "profit". I made a batch for dd and I of sugar scrub and wound up selling 4 - 2oz jars for $3.50 a jar. It cost me probably 50-75 cents to make, including the jar. I make bath salts and charge $3.00 for a small jar (think it's 2 or 3 oz) and $7.00 for an 8 oz jar. The last batch I made cost me around $10-12 plus jars which I got at the dollar store. I'm going to be ordering containers or possibly bags for the next batch.

I have made salt/sugar scrubs, the best oil for those that I have found is avocado oil. Avocado oil also makes a great light lotion!

Used to have a friend who would buy as much as I could make for a friend of hers with MS. Her friend said it helped her so much and made her feel better! Then I went through a period where I couldn't find avocado oil anymore!!

CW, your tent looks great! I like the color too, it looks more natural than the white ones I'm finding around here.

I hope you find out what is wrong with ypur son.

I have made a sugar scrub before but didn't really care for it in the shower. I didn't like the oily feel it left. Never made a bath fizzie though.

breconbcs, let me know what you think of the lotion bars. I made one small one and found it greasy (I did the equal parts butter, oil, bee'swax too).
