OOPSS...beginners vegetarian (NOT vegan) MILK soap...I'm also going to show them the diff between pasteurized and homogenized vs fresh milked soap...it is fun to see the reactions!! The farm homogenize their milk...but do not pasteurize it. Interesting...!! They also have a gorgeous 30 year old herb garden...and BEE hives!!

US too...we loved TOTORO...Spirited Away....KIKI'S Delivery Service...Moving CASTLE was awesome!! The art work is fantastic...we have not seen PONYO yet...there is an IMAX here and we were waiting to see it in IMAX...OR at the LAST Drive-in Theatre in New England Northfield Drive-IN...on a nice fall day. They are trying to snag Ponyo for fall...on MY request!! (-:

Yeah, castle in the sky was great. We have that, spirited away, kiki and princess mononoke (had to go look that spelling up). I haven't seen totoro yet, will have to look for that one.

Ohhh... Just love your gothic rose! That will go so nice with your rennasaince festival. I really love th tropical vacation too, but the gothic rose is to die for.

Thanks I was happy with it.

We saw Ponyo as well. It was good, but the ending was kind of weird to me. I think we own all of them on DVD, at least anything done in English. The only one of his movies that just didn't grab me was Porco Rosso. NausicaA of the Valley of the Wind is also good if you haven't seen that one. I love the artwork and I really love the themes. Each of his main characters is young, often female, and have to find their own strength to conquer their fears. Really, really positive for kids, which is hard to come by these days.

It's a little scary...which makes it more fun. MY kids were freaked out by the dust BUNNies!! IT was so funny and cute...

Ah, but that's what is so great about Miyazaki! His themes are all about facing fears. Little May was so cute as she dealt with hers. I think Tortoro is one of the most beautiful of his works. The scenery is amazing! To think that each frame is a work of art and there're millions of them in the movie - ahhhh!

ha ha ha. That's so true! But you know what is great? Guys like his stories as well. My almost 21 year old nephew came over the other day and borrowed our entire stash of Miyazaki movies because he and his buddies were going to have a Movie day.

Just finished the mint soap. Now I need to take DD out shopping for running shoes for PE. I might get another batch in today if I can.
