Is it a pellet or crumble or cracked grain type formulation?
Cracked grain type should be fed wetted or fermented so the fines(vitamins/minerals/amino acids) are eaten along with the grains.

If it's a one time thing I wouldn't sweat it. If you start seeing more instances, then you're looking at possibly needing to supplement her directly (to ensure she's taking in calcium) to see if that fixes it.
