Soft shell

This my second time posting the first was a huge help
Anyways one of my girls has been off ( she is my most vocal )
Fluffed feathers tail down not wanting to move much I thought she was cold at first I brought her in last night and brought her back this morning so she could have yard time with the girls
She is still off tonight I brought them all in ( just because and they are tearing up the basement like a teenage party)
Anyway after googling I checked her for egg bound her crop is a lot title squishy not full no feeling no of being egg bound she is moving her vent like there is something there and looking at it I think a soft shell is broken in there not a lash I did pull some shell out I think the rest is still in there I'm gonna try some saline to flush
Any ideas are help

I'd make sure she's drinking well and staying hydrated.
Give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily for a week.
Hopefully she'll expel the material.

See that she's eating a nutritionally balanced poultry feed and provide Oyster Shell free choice.

I will get some today I may sound naive but what's the best way to administer I am assuming pulverize and add to water
