Soft, white fluid filled membrane in coop

Hello !

I recently found something that looked like a raw shrimp ( in shape ) a few days later, another one in the coop that if stretched, would be more of a round shape. They are filled with a clear fluid. I only have 4 hens, no rooster, and everyone is acting/ eating / drinking fine. This is my first flock (2 years ,yay!) so I’ve never encountered before. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Is someone in the gang sick?

Hi! Where are you located, it sounds like possibly a reproductive disorder. Has it been hot?

I’m in Illinois, the hens are 2+ years old and have been laying regularly for over 21 months . It was super hot for a week, but the last 5 days it’s been very mild and in the 60’s at night
