Softball sized swelling in breast area

Sour crop
Yes, they usually get impacted(often too much fiber, like long grasses) before they go 'sour'(which is actually a fungal infection).

I would search on 'impacted crop'.
But beware the 'vomiting' technique, is high risk of aspiration/drowning.

Isolate her so you can observe her poops.

ETA:
'pendulous crop' is something else to research. A pendulous crop can help cause impaction, or be caused by and after impaction.

Yep, thought I added this before:

isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so you can closely monitor her intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and her poops. Feel her abdomen for squishy or hard swelling.

I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.

Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in.

If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.
Thank you so much. She is in a crate and we will keep her isolated for a few days.

Its been like this for about 3 days. She did eat a bit, not as much as normal. I've observe her poop. What do you think it could be?
Crop problems are almost always secondary to something further in. That something could be many different things.

About the same, but the swelling seems to have gone down a bit. We poured apple cider vinegar into her water and she went right to it. She seems to love the acv, we thought she wouldn't drink because she wouldn't like it.

How do her poops look?
Is she eating anything?

Soft dough like ball is sour crop.when it get worsen it feels like lots of water type consistency ..
When crop is impacted it feels like a hard lump or hard ball ..

If it is sour give bird some granite grit and stop food for some hours till the crop clear ..
