Some harbor freight tools are okay....some are not. In my experience, their pnuematic tools are pretty good, but anything with a cord seems to burn up pretty quick.

I would agree with this also. They are decent cheap tools, but I would not rely on them to stay functional when you really need them. Such as an electric fence to keep your birds safe.

I have one. I bought it from harbor freight about 8 months ago. I also applied 20% off coupon and got it for around $54. It works great. I use it to keep my pygmy goats and chickens from coming up on my deck and back porch. I set some fence posts in the ground (about 3 foot high) then strung 4 stands of wire (using insulators attached to posts). You will also need ground rods (minimum 2 but I used 3) and insulators. This can be found at home depot in the section with t posts and field fencing or at tractor supply.
