Sold my first eggs!

I placed a nice sign in my front yard advertising Fresh Eggs. It took one week and I got my first customer. She bought 3 dozen eggs, all I had. LOL My sign said that they would cost $3.50/dz but I sold them to her for $3 since they were just under the min. for a large egg. The average was 54gr. I am excited!!!

Maybe these girls will eventually pay for themselves. LOL

Am waiting for at least 9 of mine to lay at the same time so I have a regular supply to start selling.

Right now I have 5 regulars, and two off and on. May not be till spring, but I have my dreams it will be soon.

I have 12 hens laying, a bit more than a Christmas song I belive.

The neighbors are catching on. I can not keep eggs in the frig. They are buying them at $3.50 a dozen as fast as my girls can lay them. Got 11 from my 12 girls today and they are already sold!!! WooHoo !!!
