The house is for sale but I'm not too optimistic on it selling by november. Originally we
were going to rent it but decided to sell instead. Plus, there is a farm down the street from
where we will move to that is a family friend. I can use a piece of land for my
chickens.

Then again there is always Perfectly_Polish's and MoodusNewChicks back yards.

There's the problem. My hubby is addicted to neatness, not critters.
He tolerates cats & chickens because it makes me happy, and because they are frequently comical. But he thinks 7 standard birds and 5 banties is enough for our 1 acre subdivision backyard.
The kids just think I'm insane, but will play with the chicks as they come and go.

If it weren't for BYC I'd feel all alone
