I'm looking for a friend for my white call. His mallard buddy took off last fall and now Howard is lonely. How old? Sexes?

They were hatched on Tuesday, so just a few days old. I do not know the sex of the appleyard. Welsh Harlequins can be sexed fairly accurately by bill color. If it's correct the welsh harlequin would all be male. BUT this is my first time with this breed, so I could be wrong. I bought them all straight run.

He's a little bit of both. When I'm at work he has his own yard. When i get home he comes in for attention and snuggles. He likes to bug the (3) cats. At night his cage is in the garage. He just really lonely duting the day and night...
