Soldier stationed in VA in need of a host family.

He is 18 years old and just about 6 months in the Navy. His home is here in CA and he cannot get home for the holiday, and I would love to be able to tell him I found a family with a good sense of humor for him to celebrate with. He is Jeremy, and he is my friends son.

wish we were closer .We are already having my sons sargent come and stay with us. I am looking forward to having them both home for Christmas this year. They only just returned from Iraq in October and I plan to spoil them both lol

Deb, we're about 5 hours away, but the train is pretty convenient from there. Think he'd be interested in that?? Well take him if he can get closer......




When I was a kid there were always sailors sleeping on the sofa Christmas and Thanksgiving morning. We lived near the Philly Navy base and not far from the airport (USO). It was just part of the holidays.

I wish we lived closer now....... Philly Navy base is closed.
